Accessing CheckPoint SmartConsole
There are two ways of accessing SmartConsole:
1) CheckPoint SmartConsole Desktop Application (Windows Only)
2) CheckPoint SmartConsole Web Application - Smart1Cloud (Browser Based)
CheckPoint SmartConsole Desktop Application
Navigate to https://portal.checkpoint.com/dashboard/smart-1cloud#/config/smartconsole and log in with your CheckPoint 'Infinity Portal' credentials.
Click the 'SmartConsole Installation' or 'SmartConsole Portable' links (depending on which version you require) to download the software.
Install the software or run the Portable version of the software. Once opened, you will be asked to sign in to the server/cloud instance. In our case, we will be using the cloud instance in the drop down menu:
You will be required to input a 'Management Connection Token' in the white box next to the cloud. This can be found at: https://portal.checkpoint.com/dashboard/smart-1cloud#/config/smartconsole under the 'Management Connection Token' section:
Paste the connection token into the log in window in the Management Connection Token box and click 'Infinity Login'.
You will be redirected to the 'Infinity Portal' login page and if you are already logged in it will force your application to authenticate automatically - otherwise, you will need to provide log in details and then you will be logged in and see the following:
After a few moments, your application will open and you will be logged in:
